Kenntnisse in operativer Produktionsplanung und -steuerung werden im neuen Tätigkeitsbereich durch strukturierte Einarbeitung vertieft; transferierbare Grundlagen aus der Planerrolle sind bereits vorhanden/übertragbar.

Kernkompetenz der Zielrolle; Einarbeitung in Stücklisten, Arbeitspläne und Fertigungsunterlagen erfolgt praktisch im Betrieb, ggf. unterstützt durch Kurzlehrgänge an einer Fachschule für Technik. Wird neu aufgebaut.
