LinkedIn Economic Graph: Profiles with a clear summary are significantly preferred by recruiters — the 'why you for this role' comes across immediately. Caveat: For career starters and mid-level candidates it can seem inflated. Quality rule: The summary must show concrete strengths with evidence, no platitudes. Bad: 'Experienced leader with a passion for excellence.' Good: 'Controller with 12 years of IFRS experience, responsible for 3 group closings, SAP FI/CO certified.'
