How do I implement transparent presentation of variable compensation, benefits and additional perks in practice?

In Germany, base salary, bonuses, commission, benefits in kind and other perks should be listed in separate fields. Display bonuses separately below the base salary. Benefits should only appear in their own section and not be mixed into the salary field. Note: some benefits are company-specific and cannot be cleanly standardised.
