According to BA employment statistics and recruiter surveys: Phone interview/video call first round: 30-45 minutes. In-person interview second round: 60-90 minutes. Panel interviews (multiple interviewers): 90-120 minutes. Assessment centre: half to full day. In startups, processes are more compressed (2-3 interviews), in corporations more extensive (4-6 rounds). ISO 10667 recommends at least 45-60 minutes of structured interview for valid results. If a planned 60-minute interview ends after 25 minutes: not a good sign. If it runs significantly longer and the tone is relaxed: a very good sign. Always plan a 15-20 minute buffer afterwards.
