Which questions is the employer not allowed to ask me in a job interview?

In Germany, the following questions are inadmissible under AGG: Religion, political conviction, trade union membership, nationality (unless relevant to the position), pregnancy and family planning, disability (if not relevant to the position), sexual orientation. You may legally give a false answer if asked such questions — there are no legal consequences for you.
